EPDM roofing is a rubber-based covering for flat roofs on commercial and residential properties, schools, hospitals, homes, garages, dormer windows and sheds amongst other uses. The black version of EPDM does not show up dirt, too. This means you spend less time cleaning and maintaining the roof and more time enjoying its benefits. When you do come to clean it, clear away the debris and then sweep using a mop or soft brush. Ensure you don’t use too much water when maintaining your flat roof, and definitely do not use a pressurised water source to clean it.

James and the team did a fantastic job of converting the garage into a bathroom and a small bedroom, rebuilding the porch and giving it a new layout by moving the front door and windows and replacing the flat roof.
